Positive: It was right next to a Metro Station and a Supermarket. Had everything inside, even towels and sawing kit. Really nice owners (allowed us to checkin early as we were there with a 2 years old)
Negative: It took some time to get heated, but then it was really ok.
Summary: Really really nice, i would recomend it anytime :) We had a great stay there.

Positive: 1) Good communication with the host beforehand. 2) Allowed an hour early check-in. 3) Lots of utensils, plates and glasses. 4) It is a cosy apartment, especially the bedroom.
Negative: 1) List of dos and don'ts received on the day of check-in. 2) Bathroom door lock was not working, not convenient when more than one person is staying. 3) The staircase is somewhat steep for reaching the bedroom.

Positive: Close to the subway and supermarkets. It felt safe and clean. It was walkable to Stade de France. Public parking garage is across the road. We had a fantastic stay during the Olympics.
Negative: The parking is a bit expensive.

Positive: Host Thomas and his wife were amazing. It felt like staying at a friend’s house—very friendly and responsive. The recently renovated 90-year-old apartment was charming. The kind old lady next door was welcoming to our kids, and the location was very close to the subway. The hospitality of Thomas and his wife made us feel at home. The apartment’s charming blend of old and new created a unique ambiance. Additionally, the proximity to the subway made getting around very convenient.
Negative: The apartment’s 90-year-old structure meant there were a few quirks, like creaky floors and narrow stairs, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. Parking in the area was a bit challenging at times. But the host made all these quirks lovable.
